Return/Exchange Policy

We accept return & exchange for the items in good condition (unworn, unwashed, and unaltered) that purchased directly from airmoveurban.com that are received by us within 7 days of your order date.

Return/Exchange Procedure

Please contact our client care service for return process detail.
When returning the product, it will be helpful if you could let us know your reasons for the return and exchange (on the service card) and send it back together with the return items. If you have any other needs, please do not hesitate to contact us.

Payment Refound

We will refund payment to the same purchasing account.
For the refund time, once confirmed, Alipay online payment will take 1-3 working days and about 7-10 working days for other bank card online payment methods. please contact our client care service if there is any other issues. Note: apart from shipment, there is no extra charge for refunds/exchange.
